Cultivated land is the most precious resource in our country. At present, urbanization has entered a stage of rapid advancement, and the reserve resources of cultivated land are continuously decreasing, and a large amount of cultivated land resources are occupied by construction. A certain resettlement house and supporting facilities project adhered to the principle of scientific planning first, carried out the work of soil stripping and utilization of the cultivated layer, and rationally arranged the soil stripping, transportation, storage and recovery of the cultivated layer, so as to reasonably protect and use soil resources and improve the quality of cultivated land.
