The land use was changed to residential, public management and public service land, and the soil pollution status survey was conducted before the change in accordance with regulations. The survey plot covers a total area of 122.92 hectares. The historical plots are mainly used for agriculture, aquaculture, building materials manufacturing, etc. The survey results show that the groundwater manganese content of this plot exceeds the groundwater level III water standard and is related to the natural background value.
