Announcement on the issuance of 5 national environmental protection standards including "Technical Guidelines for the Investigation of Soil Pollution Status of Construction Land"

In order to implement the "Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China", "The Law of the People's Republic of China on Soil Pollution Prevention and Control" and other legal provisions, safeguard human health, protect the ecological environment, strengthen the supervision and management of environmental protection of construction land, and standardize the investigation of soil pollution and soil pollution of construction land For risk assessment, risk management and control, restoration, etc., the Ministry of Ecology and Environment approved 5 national environmental protection standards including the "Technical Guidelines for the Investigation of Soil Pollution Status of Construction Land". The specific standard names and numbers are as follows:
1. "Technical Guidelines for the Investigation of Soil Pollution Status of Construction Land" (HJ 25.1-2019);
2. "Technical Guidelines for Soil Pollution Risk Control and Remediation Monitoring of Construction Land" (HJ 25.2-2019);
3. "Technical Guidelines for Soil Pollution Risk Assessment of Construction Land" (HJ 25.3-2019);
4. "Technical Guidelines for Soil Remediation of Construction Land" (HJ 25.4-2019);

5. "Terms of Soil Pollution Risk Control and Remediation for Construction Land" (HJ 682-2019).
From the date of implementation of the above standards, "Technical Guidelines for Site Environmental Investigation" (HJ 25.1-2014), "Technical Guidelines for Site Environmental Monitoring" (HJ 25.2-2014), "Technical Guidelines for Contaminated Site Risk Assessment" (HJ 25.3-2014), "Technical Guidelines for Soil Remediation of Contaminated Sites" (HJ 25.4-2014) and "Terms of Contaminated Sites" (HJ 682-2014) are repealed.
