The paint factory is located in Daxing District, Beijing, with a total area of 25,000 square meters. It has been shut down in 2017. At present, the relevant production equipment in all production workshops on the site has been dismantled, and some workshops have piled up untreated equipment and Empty bucket. Based on the land utilization history and the original production technology of the original enterprise, it is preliminarily judged that the production workshop, the hazardous chemical warehouse, and the hazardous waste warehouse are suspected polluted areas. Using the method of professional judgment + random placement, set up sampling points in the site, and collect samples for detection and analysis. The results show that the detection values of the soil and groundwater indicators in the site all meet the standard requirements, and there is no need to conduct the next detailed investigation.
